Brush your teeth twice a day with a soft bristled tooth brush. Replace your tooth brush every 3 months.
Use a fluoride toothpaste.
Regular Dental cleanings at least twice a year to keep your teeth healthy, which will in turn keep your body healthy!
Make healthy food choices. The bacteria that cause tooth decay and gum disease feed on carbohydrates and sugars. A tooth-healthy diet minimizes processed foods and gets most of its calories from a variety of nutrient-dense whole foods such as vegetables, healthy meats, some fruits and nuts.
